The center for gene manipulation in the brain (CGMB) is located at the Haifa University Campus, Israel.

The CGMB consists of 5 sections:

(a) a molecular biology laboratory for the designing, production and analysis of plasmid vectors

(b) a cell culture section for manufacturing viral-vectors

(c) an injection section of viral practices for in-vivo gene manipulation

(d) a state of the art behavioral section for phenotype analysis

(e) a section for electrophysiology, imaging and biochemical testing.

The facility is equipped with all the necessary experimental apparatus for viral vectors designing and production as well as for phenotypic analysis.

· We are currently extending our skills to AAVs.

· High titer LVs are available.

· Coming soon- shRNAmir expression cassette.
